Saturday, April 19th, 10:00 a.m. - Cheese Making Class

Making your own cheese is fun with edible reward. We will be exploring the use of raw milk and mysterious cultures used to make your favorite cheeses.

This class is held at Barley & Vine, 1445 Rock Quarry Road, Stockbridge, GA. Cost to attend this class is $20.00. Call or come by the shop to reserve your place in this class.

Sunday, May 27th, 2:30 p.m. - Beginning Brewing Session

This class is held at 914 Plymouth Drive, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Must be at least 21 years of age to attend.

This month we will be taking the leap into all-grain brewing by learning how the brew in a bag method. This method requires the least expensive equipment of all the all grain brewing methods we have used so far.
