Shipping Costs: We use a variety of shipping methods calculated to give you the least expensive shipping costs possible.

For All In-Stock Items: If your order gets to us prior to 3:00 PM EST on a business day, we will ship your order the same day. Any orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Out of Stock Items: If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of your purchase. We will let you know the estimated shipping date.

Advance Orders: We will occaisionally have items posted on our website with a statement that we are taking advance orders on these items. We will post an estimated date of arrival of this item and will update on our website if this date changes. We will notify you via email if this date changes after you have ordered an item. If you need to change the status of your order, you are free to do so at any time.
